Linda Osorio St. Peter

Linda graduated from The University of Montana Law School in 1982. She earned her B.A. in 1976 at Carroll College. From 1982 until 1985 she served as a law clerk for Judge Douglas G. Harkin of the Montana Fourth Judicial District. In July 1993 Linda and Don St. Peter established their law practice with the intention of providing a smaller more personal client-oriented law firm.
Linda’s practice includes general litigation, business law, estate planning, adoptions, conservatorship and guardianship proceedings. She is admitted to practice before the Montana Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Montana, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Linda is a member of ZONTA, the Missoula Business Women's Network, the Flagship Board, Co-chair fundraiser at St. Joseph Elementary School and Co-Manager of the Loyola Soccer Club.
